蛋白质组学在大肠癌证候本质研究中的应用现状

Analysis on application status of proteomics in colorectal cancer TCM syndrome essence research

中医证候本质的研究是大肠癌中医药研究的重要方向之一。蛋白质组学技术为该研究提供了新的思路。在以1974年01月至2013年11月为检索时间段,以"肠癌/肠肿瘤""蛋白质组学""证候""中医客观化""辨证"等中英文关键词检索到的5篇密切相关文献中,研究者初步探讨了湿热蕴结证、气血亏虚证患者肿瘤组织与正常人结肠黏膜组织的差异蛋白质以及大肠癌姑息治疗期血瘀组、气血亏虚组和健康组人群的血清差异蛋白。但证候辨识的客观与规范,如何吸收利用蛋白质组学的新技术以及数据验证和挖掘等问题仍需重点关注。

The research of syndromes essence is one of the important directions in TCM study of colorectal cancer. Proteomics technology provides a new way for the research. From the five publications searched from January 1974 to November 2013,with＂colorectal or bowel cancer＂＂proteomics＂＂syndromes＂＂Chinese Medicine objectivity＂and＂dialectical＂as the key words,in Chinese and English common literature database,researchers investigate the different expression of proteins between deficiency syndromed（ qi-xue deficiency type）,excess syndrome（ shi-re type） and normal intestinal tissue,also,different expressions of serum proteins of blood-stasis syndrome,qi-xue deficiency syndrome and normal,So as to reveal the essence of colorectal cancer from the protein expression level. But should also be paid attention to the objective of the syndrome identification,proteomics technology updates progress and the results of validation.
