摘要
采用座滴法研究Nd2O3-LiF-NdF3在TiB2/TiC复相陶瓷上的润湿行为。Nd2O3-LiF-NdF3熔体在TiB2-TiC复相陶瓷上的润湿过程呈现出物理润湿和化学润湿双重特征,整个润湿过程在初期相当迅速,但当时间达到11 min后,接触角随时间的延长变化十分缓慢,三相平衡时的接触角为14.8°;润湿界面XRD分析表明,TiB2/TiC复相陶瓷与Nd2O3-LiF-NdF3熔体高温下不发生化学反应,TiB2的高温氧化是产生化学润湿的主要原因。
The wettability behavior of Nd2O3-LiF-NdF3on TiB2/TiC ceramics was investigated using a sessile drop method. The wettability of TiB2-TiC ceramics by NdF3-LiF-Nd2O3melt combined a physical and chemical wetting process,during which the wetting was fast at the early stage and then became slow when the wetting time was up to 11 min. The contact angle was 14. 8° when the equilibrium was reached. The XRD analysis of the wetting interface of TiB2/TiC ceramics showed that no reaction happened between the Nd2O3-LiF-NdF3melt and TiB2/TiC ceramics,and the chemical wetting was attributed to the oxidation of TiB2.
