活性氧簇在NG108-15细胞分化过程中的差异表达

摘要 目的:研究活性氧簇(ROS)在NG108-15细胞分化过程中的表达,验证以NG108-15细胞株替代原代培养的下丘脑神经元进行氧化应激相关研究的可行性。方法:实验细胞分为NG108-15未分化组和NG108-15分化组,以原代培养的SD雄性乳鼠下丘脑神经元为对照组;用DHE荧光染色和流式细胞术检测各组ROS表达和生成。结果:NG108-15未分化组ROS表达明显高于对照组(P<0.05),但NG108-15分化组与对照组比无统计学意义。结论:NG108-15细胞经诱导分化后,神经元ROS的基础表达与原代培养的下丘脑神经元相似,可替代原代培养的下丘脑神经元进行氧化应激相关研究。
