摘要
本文使用氯化锌溶液部分溶解植物纤维,将处理后的植物纤维用于制备半透明纸张。通过纤维分析仪、扫描电镜、光学显微镜分析氯化锌溶液处理前后纤维尺寸及纸张结构的变化。探讨氯化锌溶液质量分数、处理时间及浆料的打浆度对氯化锌溶液润胀溶解纤维以及抄造纸张透明度的影响。结果表明,氯化锌溶液浓度达到65%(w/w)以上,纤维发生显著的润胀溶解且长度变短,细小纤维含量增加。当氯化锌溶液质量分数为65%,浆料打浆度45°SR,处理10min时,所抄纸张透明度为58.80%(定量60g/m2)。
In this paper, the softwood pulp is processed with ZnCl2 solution to reduce dimension of fiber, then the treated pulp is used to produce translucent paper. The fiber length, morphologies of softwood fiber and paper, and transmittance of paper are studied before and after the treatment by fiber analyzer, scanning electron microscope and optical microscope. Results show that the concentration of zinc chloride solution, processing time, pulp beating degree affect fiber length and transparency of paper. As the concentration of zinc chloride solution is over 65 wt % , the pulp begin to swell up and dissolve obviously. The highest transparency of paper fabricated with ZnCl2 treated pulp is 58. 80% at base weight of 60g/m2.
