本文分析了果品纸质包装材料中有毒有害物质:荧光性物质、重金属、微生物的来源及其危害。指出为了保障食品安全,应加强对果品纸质包装材料中有毒有害物质的监管力度。

The origins and harmfulness of toxic including fluorescent substances, heavy metals the supervision of toxic and harmful substances and harmful substances in paper-made fruits packaging materials, and microorganisms, were analysed. In order to ensure food safety, in paper-made fruits packaging materials should be strengthened.
