宣纸制造大多采用传统古法工艺设备,其主要设备燎草制浆蒸煮锅,一直沿用土锅灶及混凝土腔室锅体,该传统设备能耗高、污染大且制浆得率不高和质量不能保证。现创新研发宣纸制作蒸煮装置,在确保宣纸品质的基础上,其节能降耗和浆得率得到提高。

Usually the Chinese art paper is made by the old process equipment, the main digester for Liao grass was made by clay oven or concrete stove. The energy consumption of traditional equipment was higher, the yield was lower, and the quality of pulp couid not be controlled. As the modified digester is used, the pulp quality can be guaranteed, the energy consumption is saved and the yield is improved.
