艾迪注射液联合化疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效观察

Clinical Effect and Adverse Reaction of Adie Injection Combined with Chemotherapy for the Treatment of Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

目的:探讨分析艾迪注射液联合化疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效和不良反应。方法:选取我院2013年10月-2013年10月收治的66例中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者为研究对象,将其随机分成A组与B组,A组30例患者单纯给予化疗,B组36例患者给予艾迪注射液联合化疗进行治疗,观察两组疗效和不良反应。结果:B组患者有效率为63.9%,显著高于A组40.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组患者骨髓抑制发生率明显小于A组(P<0.05)。结论:艾迪注射液联合化疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效较为显著,值得临床应用推广。

ObjectiveTo investigate clinical effect and adverse reaction of Adie injection combined with chemotherapy for the treatment of advanced non _ small cell lung cancer.Methods66 patients with advanced non _ small cell lung cancer in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2013 were selected and randomly divided into two groups ：group A with 30 patients and group B with 36 patients. Group A was only given chemotherapy treatment, group B were treated with Aidie injection combined with chemotherapy treatment. The curative effect and adverse reaction were both observed. ResultsThe effective rate of group B was 63.9 % , it was signiifcantly higher than that of group（ 40.0 % ）（P〈0.05） . Group B Patients with the adverse reaction of bone marrow suppression were signiifcantly less than those of group A （P〈0.05）. ConclusionThe treatment of Adie injection combined with chemotherapy for advance non _ small cell lung cancer patients is with notable clinical therapeutic effect, worthy of clinical application and promotion.
