摘要
目的:观察分析针刺夹脊穴治疗痉挛型脑瘫的临床效果。方法:选择我院收治的69例痉挛型脑瘫患者,随机分为治疗组39例和对照组30例,治疗组采用针刺夹脊穴治疗,对照组采用假针刺疗法,对比分析两组的治疗效果。结果:治疗组治疗有效率(87.2%)明显优于对照组(66.7%),差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用针刺夹脊穴治疗痉挛型脑瘫患者,效果明显,可提高患者生命质量。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Jiaji acupoints acupuncture on spastic type cerebral palsy.Methods 69 cases of patients with spastic type cerebral palsy in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with Jiaji acupoints acupuncture therapy, and the control group was given sham acupuncture. The therapeutic effects of two groups were contrasted and analyzed. ResultsThe effective rate of the treatment group was 87.2 % , it was much higher than that of the control group which was 66.7 % . The difference between two groups was statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）. ConclusionThe therapy of Jiaji acupoints acupuncture for patients with spastic type cerebral palsy is obviously effective, can improve the life quality of patients.
