手法复位夹板外固定治疗桡骨远端屈曲型粉碎性骨折的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Manipulative Reduction and Splint External Fixation Treatment for Distal Radius Flexion Comminuted Fracture

目的:探讨手法复位夹板外固定治疗桡骨远端屈曲型粉碎性骨折的临床效果。方法:对湘乡市中医院2012-2014年收治的60例桡骨远端屈曲型粉碎性骨折患者进行回顾性分析。其中应用手法复夹板外固定35例,应用外固定支架固定术治疗25例,对两组患者治疗前后尺偏角、掌倾角、腕关节功能评分进行比较。结果:观察组的优良率为91.43%;对照组的优良率为64%,两组比较显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:手法复位夹板外固定治疗桡骨远端屈曲型粉碎性骨折的疗效显著。

ObjectiveTo explore the clinical efifcacy of manipulative reduction and splint of external ifxation treatment for distal radius lfexion comminuted fracture.Methods 60 patients with distal radius lfexion comminuted fracture were analyzed retrospectively , which were hospitalized in Xiangxiang City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine （ TCM） from 2012 to 2014. Among the total, 35 patients in the observation group were treated with manipulative reduction and splint external fixation, 25 patients in the control group were only treated with external ifxation method. The ulnar deviation, palmar angle and wrist scores of two groups were compared.Results The excellent rate of the observation group was 91.43 % , that of the control group was 64 % . The difference between two groups showed signiifcant （P〈0.05） .ConclusionManipulative reduction and splint of external ifxation treatment for distal radius lfexion comminuted fracture has signiifcant efifciency.
