线性低密度聚乙烯/有机蒙脱土纳米复合材料的制备及性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 通过熔融共混法制备了线性低密度聚乙烯/有机蒙脱土(LLDPE/OMMT)纳米复合材料,采用X-射线衍射分析(XRD)和透射电镜(TEM)对材料的结构进行表征,研究了OMMT的用量对LLDPE/OMMT纳米复合材料力学性能及阻燃性能的影响。结果表明,当OMMT的用量为3.0%(重量百分比)时,材料的极限氧指数(LOI)从18.0%提高到23.8%,热释放速率峰值(PHRR)从LLDPE的771.9 kW/m2下降到511.3 kW/m2,下降幅度高达33.8%,表现出较好的阻燃性能;同时材料也呈现出良好的力学性能。 Linear low density polyethylene / organic montmorillonite (LLDPE / OMMT) nanocomposites were prepared by melt blending, X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) were used to characterize the structure of the material. This paper studied the effects of OMMT amount on mechanical and flame retardant properties of LLDPE / OMMT nano-composite material. The results showed that, when an amount of 3.0% OMMT (weight percent} was used, the limiting oxygen index (LOI} of the material was increased from 18.0% to 23.8%, peak heat release rate (PHRR) was decreased from 771.9 kW/ m2 of LLDPE to 511.3 kW/m2, dropped as much as 33.8%, showing a good flame retardant properties; while the material also presented excellent mechanical properties.
