摘要 从可持续发展角度首次创新提出注塑机液压系统实现与人、环境的和谐共存的应用技术的科学发展原则理论及其环保准则和先进准则的两项内涵。结合实例研究了注塑机液压动力驱动系统、传动系统的应用技术的科学发展原则并提出了重点研发方向;分析了液压系统的应用技术的科学发展原则常见的设计缺陷并提出了具体改进的技术措施;介绍了SZ-800注塑机和KH-40000托盘注塑机的液压系统应用技术的科学发展原则的自主创新的成果;指出前瞻性把握住液压系统应用技术的科学发展原则,努力创新创造应用技术,才能实现领先和超越的可持续发展。 From the perspective of sustainable development, this paper puts forward the scientific development theory of the plastic injection machine hydraulic system achieving harmony with people and the environment and the two connotations of environmental protection standards and advanced standards for the first time. With practical examples, this paper studies the scientific development principles of hydraulic driving and transmission system of the injection molding machine, and puts forward the key research direction; this paper analyzes common design defects of the application technology of the hydraulic system, and puts forward the concrete improvement measures; this paper also introduces the independent innovation achievements of scientific development of hydraulic system application technology of SZ-800 injection molding machine and KH-40000 tray injection molding machine; At last, the paper points out that we should grasp scientific development principles of hydraulic system application technology with perspectiveness, strive to create application technology innovation, in order to realize the leading and beyond the sustainable development.
