摘要 近年来,我国民办本科院校陆续接受教育部本科教学合格评估。图书馆是评估重点,其评估过程会对女图书馆员的心理造成一些负担和影响。探讨了本科教学评估对民办高校女图书馆员的心理影响,并提出了对女图书馆员的心理调控与干预措施。 In recent years, China' s private universities have to accept the undergraduate teaching assessment of MOE one after another. The library is the focus of the assessment; the assessment process will cause some psychological burdens and impacts of female librarians. This paper probes into the psychological impacts of undergraduate teaching assessment on female librarians of private coUeges and universities, and puts forward the psychological regulation and intervention measures for female librarians.
