摘要
认知心理学主要研究人类行为基础的心理机制,其核心是输入和输出之间发生的内部心理过程。信息服务模式的发展趋势是个性化信息服务,信息服务人员如何为用户提供更有效的信息服务是当前的研究热点。通过分析个性化信息服务的现状,结合认知心理学的认知结构、认知心理、需求心理、防范心理和认知渠道等相关理论,提出了个性化信息服务的新要求。
Cognitive psychology is mainly used to study the psychological mechanism of human behavior basis, its core is the inner psychological process between the input and output. The development trend of information service mode at present is the personalized information service, and how the information service personnel to provide more effective information service for users is the current research focus. Through analyzing the current status of personalized information services, and connecting with some theories involved in cognitive psychology such as the cognitive structure, cognitive psychology, demand psychology, defensive psychology, and cognitive channels,etc.,and puts forward some new requirements for personalized information service.
