社会的发展给图书情报管理人员提出了新的挑战,对图书情报管理人员全面实施继续教育迫在眉睫。分析了我国图书情报管理人员实施继续教育的必要性与紧迫性,阐述了我国图书情报管理人员继续教育实施过程中存在的问题,提出了解决问题的方法。

The social development puts forward some new challenges for library and information managers, and it is extremely urgent to fully implement the continuing education for library and information managers. This paper analyzes the necessity and urgency of implementing the continuing education for library and information managers in China, expounds some problems existing in the implementation of the continuing education for hbrary and information managers in China, and puts forward some solutions.
