摘要
针对网络环境下读者对图书馆职能提出的更高要求,从提升馆员的职业道德素养、提升馆员专业基础能力、从心理层面更人性化地服务读者、开展多元化的流通服务等方面,探讨了人性化服务在高校图书馆流通工作中的运用。
In the light of the higher requirements of readers for library's functions in the network environment, this paper probes into the application of humanistic service in university library's circulation work from aspects of improving librarians'professional ethics, strengthening librarians'basic professional ability, providing readers more humanistic service from the psychological level, and carrying out the diversified circulation service, etc.
