The knowledge sharing can improve not only librarians＇ personal performance but also library＇s whole service quality. This paper expounds the knowledge sharing of librarians and its functions, analyzes the factors influencing the knowledge sharing of librarians, and puts forward some effective strategies for creating the environment for librarian＇ s knowledge sharing.
