摘要
从推动图书馆建设、锻炼学生应变能力、帮助贫困生全面发展、减轻图书馆员工作压力、提高图书馆服务质量等方面,探讨了高校图书馆开展勤工助学的意义,提出了做好勤工助学管理工作的具体措施。
This paper probes into the significance of developing the part-time job in university library from aspects of promoting library's construction, exercising students adaptability to changes, helping poor students to realize all-round development, reducing librarians' work pressure, and improving library's service quality, etc., and puts forward some specific measures for the good management of part-time job.
