基层图书馆地方文献收集工作的实践与思考——以慈溪图书馆为例

The Practice of and Consideration about Basic Library's Local Literature Collection——Taking Cixi Library as an Example

以慈溪图书馆为例,探讨了基层图书馆的地方文献收集工作,指出基层图书馆开展地方文献工作具有时机合适、区域适中、裙带效应明显的优势,同时也存在起步晚、难界定、人员短缺的困难,并提出了今后工作的努力方向。

Taking Cixi Library as an example, this paper probes into the basic library＇ s local literature collection, and points out that the basic library has some advantages in carrying out the local literature work such as that the time is right, the region is moderate, and the crony effect is obvious, at the same has some difficulties such as the later start, the harder definition and the deficient manpower, and puts forward the direction of future efforts.
