摘要
结合当前处理房屋建筑工程质量投诉存在的难点,分析了工程质量投诉现行制度,并根据实际工作提出完善房屋建筑工程质量投诉及处理制度的对策。
Combined with present difficulties of dealing with the complaints of housing construction quality, analyzed the existing system of engineering quality complaint, and according to the actual work, provided the countermeasures of improving the quality of housing construction complaints and dealing with system.
