互为备用的并联离心泵组变频运行分析

摘要 通过分别对单台离心泵、互为备用的并联离心泵组在变频控制下的运行进行分析,得出单台变频器控制的互为备用的离心泵组运行时,存在瞬时超压风险,进而导致系统故障;而全变频控制的该泵组不存在此缺陷的结论,并列举了工程实例。 Analyzed the running of single centrifugal pump and centrifugal pump group which is spared each other under the frequency conversion control. The result is that there is instantaneous super voltage risk when centrifugal pump group which is spared each other running controlled by single frequency transducer and lead to system failure, but there is no problem when this pump group controlled under the full frequency transducer, and give an example of project.
