摘要
目的建立抗骨增生片的定性定量方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法对制剂中淫羊藿药材的淫羊藿苷进行定量分析,同时对鸡血藤进行显微鉴别,对骨碎补、淫羊藿、鸡血藤进行薄层鉴别。结果淫羊藿苷平均回收率为97.6%,RSD为2.0%(n=6),特征石细胞显微鉴别特征明显,薄层图谱斑点清晰,阴性样品无干扰。结论结果准确,方法重复性好,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。
Objective To establish a quality control method for Kanggu Zengsheng tablets. Methods Icariin in Epime- dium was determined by HPLC, Caulis Spatholobi was identified by microscopic identification and Rhizoma Drynariaes, Epimedium, Caulis Spatholobi were identified by TLC. Results The average recovery of icariin was 97.6%, and RSD was 2.0% （n = 6）. The microscopic characteristics of stone cells were obvious. The TLC sports developed were fairly clear and the blank test showed no interference. Conclusion The method is accurate with good reproducibility, which can be used to control the quality of Kanggu Zengsheng tablets.
