对转向机总成到前副车架接头异常失效的原因进行分析,优化设计方案并对更改前后的方案进行表面压力理论计算对比,最后对新设计方案进行接头台架试验验证。
The root cause that thread joint from steering gear assembly to subframe failed is analyzed, and theoretical calculation of the surface pressure is compared with the optimized design. Finally, the new design verified by joint bench test.
