浦东义务教育阶段学校均衡优质督导方案紧紧抓住"需求督导"、"均衡优质"和"选择机制"三个关键词,该方案阐述了由"达标点"、"超标点"与"创优点"构成的指标体系及其操作要点,并结合已有的75所义务教育阶段学校督导实践分析了实施效果。
School equilibrium quality supervision plan in Compulsory Education of Pudong District holds three key words which are the supervision of the ＂demand＂, ＂equilibrium quality＂ and ＂selection mechanism＂. The plan explains the index system and its key points in operation which constitute by the ＂standard＂, ＂excessive＂, and ＂create advantages＂. And it puts forward to supervise practice effect combined with the existing 75 compulsory education schools.
