A Research on the Mechanism of Postgraduate Dissertation Random Inspection Evaluation in Jiangsu Province

江苏省研究生学位论文抽检评议机制运行了10多年,对提升江苏省研究生的学位论文质量及整个研究生教育水平起到了积极作用。从近年来机制的实际运行状况来看,机制的一些固有模式在给具体实施方带来较大压力的同时,也开始成为其效应发挥的绊脚石。作为机制的设计者和具体实施方,应该从论文抽检对象、抽检方式、论文评议指标、评议方式、过程管理、专家遴选标准、评议结果反馈办法等多个方面入手,寻找更加有利于发展的新机制模式。

The Postgraduate Dissertation Random Inspection Evaluation in Jiangsu Province has been operated for more than a decade, and has helped to improve the quality of postgraduate dissertations and postgraduate education to a considerable degree and in an effective way. Yet while reviewing its experience of the past few years, it appears that certain established patterns of the regime has brought some pressure to the practitioners, and has come to obstruct its efficiency. As the designer and practitioner of the regime, one should look for new patterns to help developing the regime with impovements on sample selecting, selection method, dissertation evaluation criterion, evaluation method, process management, experts selecting standard and evaluation results feedback.
