摘要
张力计算在线路设计中起着非常主要的作用,为驱动装置、输送带、张紧装置等各部件的选择提供主要的理论依据。论述了圆管带式输送机张力计算的编程依据、思路,开发了基于VB平台的圆管带式输送机的张力计算程序流程图,并通过实例对手工计算和编程计算的张力值做了比较。验证了程序的可操作性和实用性。
Tension calculation plays a very important role in the route design, providing major theory basis for selection of all components such as driving device, conveying belt, and tension device, etc. The paper discusses the programming basis and theory for tension calculation of the pipe belt conveyor, with the program flow chart for tension calculation developed based on VB platform. Comparison of hand calculation and programming calculation is made for the tension values through examples. Operability and practicability of the program is verified at last.
