集装袋原料运输方式的设计与优化

摘要 针对某耐火厂现场条件,指出运输集装袋原料过程中传统带传动送料方式的局限性,结合实际工况提出采用平板小车的运输方式。通过详细分析运料过程中场地的局限性及运输工艺的特点,逐步改进优化设计,最终采用了配置缓冲装置的双向闭环驱动平板小车的运输方式,并证明其在实际生产应用中效果较好。 Considering the site condition in certain refractory plant , limitation of traditional conveying method by belt driving during handling bagged materials is put forward in the paper , and it's proposed to use the flat car as the mode of transportation according to the actual working condition.The paper details the limitation of site during bagged material trans-portation and characteristics of the transport technology.With continually improved optimal design , the bi-directional closed loop drive flat car with buffer device is finally adopted , with its application effect in practice verified.
