摘要 以800 t/30 m桅杆式起重机为例,对其箱形梁式吊臂结构进行有限元强度分析。利用ABAQUS软件数值模拟了4种工况下吊臂的结构应力和变形,对优化前后的结构进行力学性能对比,并分析了优化设计对结构模态的影响。计算结果表明,各载荷工况下吊臂结构最危险位置均发生在主吊臂与转台的连接处,提升重物的绞点处次之,有局部应力集中现象;通过优化吊臂局部结构和钢板厚度,达到了减轻自重、提高强度和刚度的效果,且优化结果十分可观。 The 800 t/30 m mast crane is taken as an example in the paper for finite element strength analysis of the box girder jib structure.The structural stress and deformation of the jib under 4 conditions are simulated by ABAQUS , with comparison of mechanical performances before and after optimization.The effect of optimal design on the structural modal is also analyzed.The result shows that the most dangerous position of the jib structure under all loading conditions is at the connection between the jib and the turntable , followed by the stranding point when lifting objects , with local stress concen-tration; the optimized local jib structure and steel plate in optimized depth can reduce self-weight and improve strength and rigidity, indicating significant optimization effect.
