摘要
发动机润滑油滤清器上含有丰富的机械零件磨损信息,其磨粒直接反映了零部件的磨损与运行状态,但目前相关的研究报道还不多见。因此,提出了在润滑油滤清器上安装光纤图像传感器并将采集到的图像传输到计算机中,然后在Matlab环境下编写程序对图像进行平滑滤波、Otsu阈值分割、圆周面积计算、磨粒数目计算等。结果表明,实时监测零件磨损量和机器磨损状态的磨粒图像自动识别分析技术是一种简单、有效的监测方法。
There are sufficient wear signs for mechanical parts of the engine in lubricating oil filter. The wear particles directly reflect the wear and operation states of parts, but related research and reports are insufficient at present. Therefore, the paper proposes to install the fiber image sensor on the lubricating oil filter and input the collected image into the computer, and write the program in Matlab for smooth filtering, Otsu threshold segmentation, circular area computation, calculation of wear particle number, etc. The result shows that the wear particle image automatic identification analysis technology is a simple and efficient monitoring method for real-time monitoring the parts wear extent and wear state.
