Environmental monitoring,especially the real-time temperature and humidity monitoring,has great economic significance for industrial and agricultural production.The paper designs a real-time environment monitoring system based on ZigBee technology taking advantage of the ZigBee technology.The paper shows the working principle of the system,the composition of the network nodes,the working process of the coordinator and terminal nodes in detail.Lately by using the system the paper shows the real-time monitoring data of local temperature and humidity and it proves the feasibility of the system.
