摘要
该设计的太阳能充放电控制器是以单片机STC12C5412AD为控制核心来对铅蓄电池的过度充电和过度放电予以保护,原理是利用了单片机自带的模块PWM脉宽调制对蓄电池充电电流予以控制,从而实现了蓄电池过充的保护,在蓄电池对负载进行放电的过程中,当蓄电池电压低于所限制的最低负载电压值时,程序将使负载部分停止供电,从而实现了对蓄电池过放的保护。对蓄电池过度充电和过度放电都会使其有效使用时间大大降低。
The design of the solar charge controller is a Micro Control Unit STC12C5412AD as the control center for lead-acid battery to overcharge and over-discharge to be protected,the rule is the use of a Micro Control Unit PWM pulse width modulation module that comes with the battery charging current to be controlled,thus achieve a battery overcharge protection,in the course of discharge of the battery to the load,when the minimum load voltage of the battery voltage is lower than the limit value,the program will allow the load to stop power supply section,enabling the battery over-discharge protection.Battery overcharge and over-discharge will make effective use of time is greatly reduced.
