摘要
国际电工委员会(IEC)于2014年2月26日颁布了信息技术和视听设备合并安规标准IEC62368-1第二版。该文通过对比第二版(以下简称:新版)和第一版(以下简称:旧版)标准之间的差异要求,澄清标准理解中的差异,希望对国内相关厂商的产品研发起到借鉴作用。
On February 26,2014,the International Electrotechnical Commission（IEC） issued the second edition safety standard IEC62368-1 for AudioNideo,lnformation and Communication technology equipment.In this paper,by comparing the second version （hereinafter as：New version） and the first edition （hereinafter as：Old version） differences between both standards,to clarify the differences in understanding,hope to be useful to domestic manufacturers of products research and development.
