Research on Innovative Skilled Talents Cultivation and Curriculum Reform——Taking Major of Foreign Tourism as the Case

课程是教学改革的核心环节,专业人才培养方案中课程体系的开发质量直接影响专业人才培养目标的实现质量。高职院校在实施"校企合作,工学结合"人才培养模式中,需要解决的关键问题之一是开发与构建具有职业岗位针对性的课程体系,遵循职业针对性、岗位实用性、实践可操行原则,优化实训课程结构和内容,形成以学生为中心,教学做合一、理论与实践合一、工学结合的高职技能型人才培养模式。

Taking major of foreign tourism at Tianjin Modern Vocational College as the case, this paper analyzes innovative skilled talents cultivation and effective methods for curriculum reform. The development of curriculum is vital to our education end, and it is also the core of our teaching reform. To develop and construct curriculum with professionalism is one of the key problems need to be solved in the model of school-enterprise cooperation and work-study combination.
