摘要
职业决策困难是高校毕业生普遍存在的问题。通过对大学生职业决策咨询案例的研究,得出启示:只有帮助大学生清晰地认识自我及职业,掌握科学的决策方法,才能有效做出职业决策,从而真正帮助大学生实现职业生涯发展。
The difficulties in making a career decision are a common problem for college graduates. In the case study of a college student in career decision advice, this paper illustrates clearly that only the students are helped to become cognizant of themselves and the occupations, and grasp the scientific decision-making methods can they make effective decision and achieve the career development.
