摘要
目前大学英语分级教学已成为高校英语改革的趋势,能够因材施教,优化师资配置是分级教学模式的优势。但相对于传统的自然班教学,分级教学模式下慢班教学的困难凸显出来。在本文中,笔者从师生心态、学习氛围、教材、评价体系四方面分析了慢班教学中存在的问题并提出相应对策以提高慢班教学的效果。
Carrying the two advantages of teaching in accordance with students' aptitude and optimizing allocation of teachers, the graded English teaching has become the trend of college English reform. Compared with the traditional teaching model, the difficulties of English teaching have been seen apparently in slow classes. This paper analyzes the problems from the four aspects including psychology, learning atmosphere, teaching materials, and evaluation system, and then puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
