摘要 针对传统流量监测系统不能实现远程测控这一现状,采用GPRS作为通信媒质组成远程流量测控系统,并选取互相关作为流量算法。系统包括远端测控终端和数据信息管理中心两部分。测控终端完成对流量的测控、GPRS通信功能、接收管理中心的指令;管理中心软件具备用户管理、通信、数据库管理及数据处理、远程充值、余额查询、参数设置和系统维护等功能。实践证明,系统设计方案简单,操作界面友好,测控过程自动化程度高,运行可靠。 Against the defect of traditional flow monitoring system which can not realize remote measurement and control, the remote flow measurement and control system is composed with GPRS as the communication media, and the cross-correlation is selected as the flow algorithm. The system consists of two parts, the remote measurement and control terminal and the data ilfformation management center. The terminal is working for flow measurement and control, GPRS communication, receives the commands from management center; while the software of management center is responsible for functions of user management, communication, database management and data processing, remote recharge, balance inquiry, parameter setting and system maintenance, etc. The practice verifies that the design strategy of the system is simple, it offers user friendly interface, high level of automation for measurement and control process and reliable operation.
