实用型增压器转速表设计

摘要 增压器转速是衡量内燃机能否获得预期增压效果,以达到理想输出功率及系统故障诊断的关键技术参数之一。为快速准确测得增压器转速,设计了一款实用型增压器转速表。介绍了系统硬件平台的搭建、转速信号的处理、测速原理及实现方法。重点讨论了PCA捕捉算法、数字滤波和一键多功能识别算法,并对软件流程进行了分析。试验结果表明,该转速表测量精度高,轻巧便携,具有较强的实用性。 The rotational speed of the supercharger is one of the key technical parameters for system fault diagnosis and for evaluating whether the combustion engine can achieve the expected supercharged effect and reach ideal output power. To measure the rotational speed of supercharger rapidly and accurately , the practical tachometer for supercharger is designed. The set up of the systematic hardware platform, the signal processing of rotational speed, the principle of rotational speed measurement and implementing method are introduced. The PCA capture algorithm, digital filtering and one-key multi-function identification algorithm are discussed emphatically, and the software flowchart is analyzed. The experimental results show that this tachometer features high measurement accuracy, lightweight portability; and possesses strong practicality.
