摘要
活塞作为发动机的重要组成部分,长期处于高温、高压、脉冲式冲击的工作环境中,其工作状况和寿命直接影响发动机的寿命。活塞的疲劳失效是活塞失效的重要形式之一,液压活塞疲劳测试仪对研究活塞机械疲劳寿命有着重要的意义。介绍了国产液压活塞疲劳测试仪控制系统的设计方案及使用效果。实践表明:研发的活塞疲劳测试仪的控制技术,满足活塞疲劳测试的各项技术指标,对提高我国活塞设计、生产及使用水平具有重要意义。
As an important part of the engine,piston is working for a long time in the environment of high temperature,high pressure and pulse-pounding. Its working state and life directly affect the life of the engine. Piston fatigue failure plays an important role in piston failure. Piston hydro-pulse test machine has important significance for studying the life of piston mechanical fatigue. The design and use effect of domestic piston hydro-pulse test machine were illustrated. Practice shows that the described control technology of piston hydro-pulse test machine fulfills various indicators of piston fatigue tests,and has important significance for improving domes-tic piston design,production and use levels.
