摘要
通过车削实验测量刀具磨损不同阶段的加工残余应力和加工硬化层微观硬度,了解加工残余应力的分布和变化特点,并分析刀具磨损对车削加工残余应力变化的影响规律及原因。实验结果表明:车削加工残余应力在磨损前阶段变化缓慢,后阶段变化快速,变化趋势从拉-压应力混合状态过渡到纯压应力状态,变化速率和刀具磨损曲线不重合。
Through turning experiments,machined residual stress and micro-hardness of hardened layer on all samples were measured at different stages of tool wear,changing characteristics and distribution of machined residual stress were understood,and then how and why tool wear affecting turning machined residual stress were analyzed. Experimental results show that the turning ma-chined residual stress changes slowly in the former stage of wear,and rapidly changes at a later stage. The residual stress is from the trend state of pull-compressive stress mixture transition to compressive stress,and stress change rate does not coincide to tool wear curves.
