论篮球比赛中非常规战术之犯规战术的合理运用

On the Proper Application of Non-conventional Tactics of Foul In Basketball Matches

篮球作为典型的集体配合对抗性项目,比赛过程中由于身体的频繁接触,犯规就在所难免。现如今不论是在篮球教学过程中,平时训练或比赛场上,犯规战术都没能合理运用,反而对犯规产生了错误的理解。本文针对这一情况,对篮球比赛进攻与防守中犯规战术的运用特点及效果,对快攻、失位、多打少和攻破对方心里防线等作了具体分析研究,阐明犯规战术在篮球比赛中的重要作用,为更好地研究和探讨篮球运动的规律提供参考。

Basketball is a typical collective competitive event in which foul can hardly be avoid due to frequent body contact in the match .So far ,whether in basketball teaching ,training or the match ,foul tactics have not been reasonably used and instead often get misunderstood .In view of this ,this paper studied the features and the effects of foul tactics such as fast break ,loss of position ,power play used in the offence and defence of basketball match to illustrate the important role of foul strategy in basketball .It is hoped the findings of the study could provide valuable reference for the research of the rules of basketball .
