胰腺实性假乳头状瘤的多层螺旋CT诊断

Diagnostic Value of Multi-slice Spiral CT in Solid Pseudopapillary Tumor of Pancreas

目的探讨MSCT对胰腺实性假乳头状瘤(solid-pseudopapillary tumor of pancreas,SPTP)的诊断价值,以提高该病的诊断率。方法回顾分析经手术病理证实的9例SPTP的MSCT影像及临床资料。结果发病部位胰头2例,胰体尾部7例;2例肿块内可见钙化,1例内可见出血;9例肿瘤实质性成分为动脉期轻度强化,门脉期均呈渐进性强化,均未见胰、胆管的扩张,肿瘤边界清晰。结论 SPTP的MSCT表现有一定特征性,结合临床资料可与胰腺其他肿瘤相鉴别。

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT （MSCT） in solid pseudopapillary tumor of the pancreas （SPTP）,and to improve the diagnosis of SPTP. Methods The MSCT findings and clinical data of 9 patients with SPTP confirmed by pathological examination were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among the 9 patients, tumors located in the head of the pancreas in 2, and in the body and tail of the pancreas in 7. Furthermore, calcification occurred in the lump in 2 patients, and bleeding in 1 patient. All patients showed slight enhancement in the arterial phase and progressive enhancement in portal venous phase in solid components of tumors. The tumor boundary was clear and no pancreatic and bile duct dilatation was found in all patients. Conclusion SPTP has a characteristic MSCT appearance, which combined with clinical data contributes to the differential diagnosis of SPTP.
