纳米银敷料应用于颈部淋巴结核脓肿术后伤口换药的效果 被引量:4

摘要 目的对比观察纳米银敷料应用于颈部淋巴结核脓肿术后伤口换药的效果。方法选取40例颈淋巴结核并发浅表脓肿行切开引流术后患者,按简单随机方法分为试验组和对照组,每组20例。试验组采用亲水性纤维含银敷料换药,对照组采用异烟肼、利福平纱条换药。比较2组伤口愈合时间。结果试验组伤口愈合时间为(62±12)d,对照组伤口愈合时间为(79±15)d,试验组伤口愈合时间明显少于对照组(P<0.01)。结论纳米银敷料应用于颈部淋巴结核脓肿术后伤口换药的效果,可以达到应用传统方法异烟肼、利福平纱条换药的治愈效果,且愈合时间短。 Objective To observe the efficacy of nano silver dressing for postoperative wound dressing in cervical lymph node abscess.Methods Forty patients who underwent incision and drainage for cervical lymphatic tuberculosis complicated by superficial abscesses were randomly divided into two groups , with 20 patients in each group . Silver-containing hydrophilic fiber dressing was used in experimental group and isoniazid-and rifampin-containing gauze was used in control group. The wound healing time was compared between the two groups. Results The wound healing time was (62&#177;12) d in experimental group and(79&#177;15)d in control group. The difference in wound healing time was significant between the two groups (P&lt;0.01). Conclusion Nano silver dressing can achieve the same efficacy as isoniazid-and rifampin-containing gauze for postoperative wound dressing in cervical lymph node abscess. In addition, nano silver dressing can shorten wound healing time compared with isoniazid-and rifampin-containing gauze.
