摘要
运用美国项目管理学会(PMI)出版的项目管理指南(PMBOK)对项目、项目管理及其过程组的基本概念,从地铁项目业主开展风险管理的实际需要出发,视"风险管理"本身为一个"项目",将地铁业主开展风险管理的主要活动按照逻辑顺序分别纳入项目管理的各个过程组,从而构建了一条清晰的开展地铁建设工程风险管理的路线图,并强调其随着项目进展的迭代演绎特征,以强化业主和其他关键利益关系人的风险管理能力。
Based on the basic concept of project,project management and project management process group provided by PMBOK,together with the real needs of the project owner,“risk management”itself is viewed as a project,and the key activities of risk management are classified and grouped into the different project management process group according to the coherent logic relationships,a roadmap for project owner’s risk management is designed and its iterative nature with the progress of the project is also emphasized,therefore,risk management abilities of the project owners and the related key project stakeholders can also be strengthened.
