摘要
针对固体火箭发动机在服役过程中一直会受到温度载荷作用的问题,研究了温度变化对某固体火箭发动机装药造成的影响。使用Abaqus软件建立该发动机翼柱型装药的仿真模型,利用有限元法对变温条件下翼柱型装药温度、应力和应变进行了分析,研究了不同温度载荷条件下翼柱型装药的受载响应。结果表明,在变温条件下,翼柱型装药内温度分布不均匀,存在温度梯度;在零应力温度以下,翼柱型装药的应力应变随着温度的升高而减小,随着温度的降低而增加。
Aiming at the problem of the solid rocket motor affected by the temperature load in the service process , the effect of temperature changing on a motor ’ s grain is researched .With the Abaqus software , the simulation model and math model of the motor ’ s finocyl grain are built .Using finite element method, the temperature , stress and strain of the finocyl grain under conditions of different temperature load are analyzed , and the loading response is studied .The results indicate that , the temperature distri-bution is uneven under the condition of temperature changing , and there is temperature gradient in the fin-ocyl grain .The stress and the strain of the finocyl grain decreases with the temperature increasing and in-creases with the temperature falling under zero stress temperature .
