摘要
为了有效降低装备研制中的技术风险,美国国防部(DOD)在国防采办中引入了技术成熟度等级(TRL)的概念以及技术成熟度评估(TRA)的方法,并将其应用领域和适用范围不断扩大,发展完善为系统成熟度等级(SRL)与系统成熟度评估(SRA)。本文介绍了TRL与TRA的基本概念,并在此基础上,介绍了SRL与SRA的基本概念以及最常用的评估方法——矩阵计算模型,并围绕机载制导武器研制工作进行应用举例说明,为国内对复杂武器系统实施技术成熟度评估提供参考与借鉴。
In order to lower effectively the technical risk of weapon research & development, the A- merican Department of Defense (DOD) adopted the notion of Technology Readiness Level (TRL) as well as Technology Readiness Assessment (TRA), and continuously expanded their application field and scope to improve and develop the notion of System Readiness Level (SRL) as well as System Readiness Assessment (SRA). This article introduces the basic concept of TRL and TRA, and then further intro- duces the basic concept of SRL, SRA and a widely-used assessment method called "Matrix-based Mod- el", and applies the assessment method to the airborne guided weapon research & development work as a practical instance, presenting an useful reference for TRA of domestic complex integrated systems.
