摘要
高速铁路扣件长期在动载作用下工作,为保证其正常使用,对扣件系统中的弹条进行疲劳性能研究是非常有必要的。本文通过考虑弹条与扣件系统其他部分之间的接触作用,对X2型弹条在不同扣压力作用下的静力及疲劳性能进行了研究,获得了弹条在不同扣压力下的应力特征,重点研究了疲劳荷载作用下弹条的疲劳寿命及疲劳破坏危险点位置。考虑钢轨横向力的作用,计算分析了考虑水平力作用下的弹条疲劳寿命,并对荷载频率对弹条性能的影响进行了讨论。
Fastenings of high-speed railways are operated under long-term dynamic loading.To ensure the normal use of the fastenings,it is most essential to study the fatigue properties of elastic bars of the fastening sys-tems.By taking into account of contact between elastic bars and other parts of the fastening system,the static and fatigue performance of Elastic Bar X2 under different clamping forces was studied in this paper.The stresses and stress distribution of the elastic bar were found.The fatigue life and the position of the danger point of the fatigue failure of the elastic bar under fatigue loading were mainly investigated.The fatigue life of elastic bar was calculated in consideration of lateral horizontal loading of rails and the influence of loading frequenies on fatigue performance of elastic bars was discussed.
