摘要
【目的】分析湖南汉族人群单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)血清表达水平和老年急性脑梗死患者颈动脉粥样硬化斑块稳定性的关系。【方法】连续收录2010年12月至2013年5月本院收治的湖南汉族老年新发脑梗死患者154例及健康志愿者80例,应用酶联免疫吸附试验法(ELISA)检测所有受试者血清 MCP-1浓度;应用彩色多普勒超声检查颈动脉内膜-中膜厚度(ITM),并据其将患者分为无斑块组32例,稳定斑块组49例,不稳定斑块组73例;分析各组间血清 MCP-1表达水平的差异,并对血清 MCP-1表达水平与颈动脉斑块的稳定性级别进行相关性分析。【结果】不稳定斑块组血清 MCP-1水平(113.64±48.04)pg/mL高于稳定斑块组(61.78±22.34)pg/mL,稳定斑块组高于无斑块组(44.84±25.26)pg/mL,且两组之间相比较差异均有显著性(F=80.06,P <0.01)。无斑块组与对照组比较血清 MCP-1水平差异无统计学意义。血清MCP-1水平与颈动脉斑块稳定性呈正相关(P<0.05)。【结论】在湖南汉族人群中,血清 MCP-1表达水平可能与老年急性脑梗死患者颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的稳定性相关。
[Objective]To analyze the association between serum monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1)concentration and the stability of carotid atherosclerotic plaque in elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction among Han people of Hunan province.[Methods]Totally 154 elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction and 80 healthy volunteers were recruited in our hospital from Dec.2010 to May 2013.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to measure serum MCP-1 level in all subj ects.Carotid intima-media thickness(IMT)were measured color Doppler ultrasonography.According to IMT,all patients were di-vided into non-plaque group(n=32),stable plaque group(n=49)and unstable plaque group(n=73).The difference in serum MCP-1 level among groups was analyzed.The relationship between serum MCP-1 level and the stability of carotid atherosclerotic plaque was also analyzed.[Results]Serum MCP-1 level in unstable plaque group(113.64±48.04 pg/mL)was higher than that in stable plaque group(61.78±22.34pg/mL),and that in stable plaque group was higher than that in non-plaque group(44.84±25.26pg/mL),and there was significant difference between two groups(F=80.06,P〈0.01).There was no significant difference in ser-um MCP-1 level between non-plaque group and control group.Serum MCP-1 level was correlated with the sta-bility of carotid atherosclerotic plaque(P〉0.05).[Conclusion]Serum MCP-1 level may be associated with the stability of carotid atherosclerotic plaque in elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction among Han peo- 〈br〉 ple of Hunan province.
