由我国“足球学校”的兴衰引发的思考

A thought on the vicissitudes of the football school in our country

采用文献资料法、逻辑推理法对足球学校的兴起以及衰落原因进行分析。结果表明:我国"足球学校"兴起的原因包括国家政策导向、经济利益的驱动、职业足球的吸引力和广泛的群众基础以及巨大的人才缺口;衰落的原因包括社会定位偏颇、自我定位错误、自我管理机制不健全以及自负盈亏的发展模式。继而从主客观两个方面进行思考、分析并提出建议。

By using the methods of documents and logic reasoning, this article analyses the reason of the rise and decline of the football school. Results indicate that the rise reasons of our country＇ s football school include：the national political direction, driving of economic interests, attention of the professional football, a broad base of mass and huge talent gap; the decline reasons include： social orientation bias, self positioning error, self management mechanism is not sound and the self-sustaining development model. And analyses on the both subjective and objective to put forward the countermeasures.
