摘要
BR700系列发动机的10级高压压气机设计具有典型的民机构型,同时具有自身的特征。转子一分为二,前6级钛合金盘鼓采用电子束焊接成组件,后4级盘鼓与后鼓筒轴采用高温合金焊接成组件。前机匣为水平对开结构,后机匣为双层结构。叶片设计采用了带飞翼防泄漏结构的周向燕尾榫头转子叶片,及悬臂静叶。通过对BR700系列发动机研制及其高压压气机设计历程的介绍和高压压气机结构的解析,可加深对国外高压压气机结构设计技术的了解和吸收,促进国内结构设计技术发展,助推国内大发动机研制。
The 10-stage high pressure compressor of BR700 series aero-engine has a typical structure to civil purpose, as well with several characters in the construction design. Rotor has two assemblies, the front 6-stage discs and drums are welded together using Titanium alloy, meanwhile the rear 4-stage discs and drums are welded with the rear shaft which are made of Nickel alloy. The front casing is cast steel split parts and the rear is two layers ring casing. The blades with the circumferential dovetail which has two“wing”on the two sides and the cantilevered vanes are introduced into the design. Analyzing the structure features of the mature HPC can promote the understanding of Rolls-Royce’s design techniques. At the same time, it al-so can accelerate the structural design development of aero-engine in China.
