牙周炎患者唾液及龈下菌斑中三种厌氧微生物的检测分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:分析牙周炎患者的唾液、龈下菌斑中三种厌氧微生物的检测结果,探讨唾液样本用于检测微生物的可能性。方法:选取侵袭性牙周炎(AgP)患者40例,慢性牙周炎(CP)患者36例,非牙周炎者30例,在非刺激性情况下取患者唾液及龈下菌斑,对两种样本中的福赛坦氏菌(Tf)、牙龈卟啉单胞菌(Pg)、齿垢密螺旋体(Td)进行检测。结果:AgP患者、CP患者检出Tf、Pg、Td率高于非牙周炎者(P<0.05),有显著性差异。Td在CP患者龈下菌斑样本的检出率高于唾液样本(P<0.05),有显著性差异。结论:福赛坦式菌、牙龈卟啉单细胞、齿垢密螺旋体三种微生物在AgP和CP患者的龈下菌斑以及唾液中广泛存在,并且他们的检出状况与受试者牙周指标存在相关性,因此唾液样本同样可用于三种微生物的检测,并且可在大样本流行病学调查取样时显示出优势。
