摘要
为满足鞍钢风水沟尾矿库增容所需,拟对已建的尾矿坝进行加高,由此需在现有库周围修建副坝,坝型初定为堆石坝,筑坝材料拟采用选矿废弃料。对于堆石坝而言,合理的筑坝材料碾压参数是确保大坝填筑质量、提高堆石体的压实密度及控制坝体变形的关键。本文针对副坝填筑拟采用的选矿废弃料进行现场碾压试验,研究选矿废弃料的压实性能,分析影响筑坝材料压实质量的因素。试验研究表明:筑坝材料的颗粒级配特性对压实质量有显著的影响,碾压8遍后进一步增加碾压遍数对压实干密度的影响不明显。通过对试验结果的综合分析,最终提出了筑坝材料的碾压施工控制参数,为副坝设计和施工提供了技术依据。
To enhance its capacity, the Fengshuigou Tailing Reservoir will be heightened. Hence, the saddle dam for this project, which is composed of ore-dressing waste gravels, is considered. As far as the rock-filled dam is concerned, reasonable rolling parameters are important to ensure rolling density and deformation. Thus, the site rolling test of ore-dressing waste gravels is adopted to study the key factor of roll- ing density. It is demonstrated that the grain gradation of these materials has significant influence on rolling quality. On the other hand, rolling round has little influence on rolling density after 8 rolling round. Finally, based on comprehensive analysis of test results, the reasonable rolling parameters of these materials are proposed, which can provide reference for design and construction of saddle dams.
